I love this app, however it needs a update very badly! Lots of bugs!

This used to be a great app, Ive had it for years. Sadly, it has been abandoned and all the bug and glitches make it unusable. For example: deleted conversations re-appearing after re-opening app, unable to view own messages (that I sent) in a conversation, sometimes takes very long to send a message, notifications dont always work. Ive emailed the developer about these issues, and no response. This app hasnt even been updated since 2010. There were apparently plans for a "PenPals 2.0" app to replace this one, but it seems thats been abandoned too.

So many bugs & glitches. Not worth the 2$ Lol.

Good idea. But the program is not updated long time. The buttons "add photo" do not work. There is no opportunity to add a photo and audio. Return my money back!!!!

It works great, its not slow! But its a sort of "message in a bottle app!" You send messages randomly without any criteria!

I would like to use this app. It freezes when I try to edit my profile under the "settings" tab. Every. Single. Time.

At one time this app used to be really awesome. I met a lot of cool people. Though now due to no updates this app is completely worthless. very few people use this app anymore, so its hard to find anyone to chat with. The push notifications no longer work and you cant delete messages. And dont bother trying to get support, because they could care less. And they raised the price from $.99 to a dollar 99. And I was tricked into buying this app because they changed their name , so I didnt know it was the same app I had before. I deserve a refund.

I really wish they would update this. I just got it and it seems to be cool but is either really slow or not working. What a shame!

I had this app when it first came out on my ipt2 now I have it on my ip4 on 4.2.8 now it takes forever to send (btw all the ppl complanin about tht just close the app and itll still send) and now on 4.2.8 the notifications dont work either PLEASE UPDATE and now bcos of these problems no one uses this app anymore so its impossible to find any1 to talk to and you barely get any messages if you dont make an update and fix these problems I will completely switch to ipenpal (although that is even slower) at least more ppl use it

come on dev, no update since nov 2010? app doesnt work at all. no notifications, messages usually dont get to the "sent" screen, you need to restart the app, and a lot of times it takes forever to load or simply just never loads.

Please update this app. It takes me like 5 min to send one message and it doesnt give me allerts when I get a message. Thank you.

Do not download this app. The support people dont care about improving their product. Look at the last time an update was made and if you look on their website, there are like 500 questions that have gone unanswered for over 10 MONTHS!!! App loads slowly, takes 5 minutes for a message to send, and messages dont delete. It looks like you are deleting them, but when you restart the app, there they are again. DOS HOMBRES!!! You should be ashamed of yourself!

No updates since last year, app is slow now. 20% chance the app wont close when loading, slow to send and receive messages. Devs just collecting money now. This app had great potential. I cant even access it cuz more than likely it crashes. Met some great ppl but now who knows. Dont buy this app till we tell you they will update or fix something. Its not worth .99 like it was almost a year ago.
